Common questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the SuperScout app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, email privacy@superscout.pro and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
How do I change my email or password?
In the app: go to Settings → Account. If you're locked out, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If neither works, email support@superscout.pro.
How do I cancel a subscription?
SuperScout subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by us directly. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SuperScout → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → SuperScout → Cancel
Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Where is my data stored?
In the United Kingdom (London) and Germany (Frankfurt). Full details in §7 of our Privacy Policy.
Is SuperScout suitable for under-18s?
Yes, from age 13, with parental permission. Users aged 13–17 get an age-appropriate experience without persistent behavioural profiling. See our Notice for Young Users for a plain-language explanation.
I'm a parent. What controls do I have?
You can request a copy of your child's data, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw permission for their account at any time by emailing privacy@superscout.pro. Full parental rights are set out in our Privacy Policy §2.
I've found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@superscout.pro with:
- What you were doing when it happened
- What you expected to see
- What actually happened
- Your device (iPhone / Android model) and app version if you know it
Screenshots are welcome but optional. We read every report.
