SuperScout Terms of Service
1. Who we are
SuperScout is operated by Paul Insley, trading as SuperScout, a sole trader registered in England, United Kingdom.

2. About SuperScout
SuperScout is an AI-powered Fantasy Premier League coaching service. It provides recommendations, analysis, educational feedback and commentary. All recommendations are advisory. SuperScout does not make FPL decisions for you, access your FPL login credentials or provide financial, gambling or betting advice.
3. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using SuperScout, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
4. Accounts and age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperScout.
If you are aged 13–17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account. During signup, we may ask you to confirm that you have this permission. We may also request further confirmation where appropriate.
The required signup confirmation is: “I confirm I have permission from a parent or guardian to use SuperScout.”
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Young users and profiling
SuperScout does not build or use a persistent behavioural profile for users under 18. Young users may receive advisory, single-decision educational feedback, but this is not used to create a behavioural profile over time.
Persistent behavioural profiling and profile-based engagement features are restricted to adults. Adults may object to or disable this profiling in the app.

6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid features are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods and renewal information are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app-store account. Deleting a SuperScout account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the relevant store.
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are handled subject to applicable consumer law and the relevant app-store rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Artificial intelligence
SuperScout uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate recommendations and commentary. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. You must use your own judgement.
SuperScout's recommendations do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. You retain control over every FPL decision.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, supplier failures, security events, internet failures or changes to the FPL service or API.
We may change features where reasonably necessary to improve, secure or operate SuperScout. We will give appropriate notice before removing a significant paid feature where reasonably practicable.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use SuperScout unlawfully; attempt to access another person's account or data; interfere with security or infrastructure; extract data using unauthorised automated means; upload malicious material; impersonate another person; or use the service to infringe rights.
10. Intellectual property and user content
SuperScout's software, branding, design and original content belong to Paul Insley trading as SuperScout or the relevant licensors.
You retain ownership of content you submit. Where you deliberately use a public-sharing feature, you grant SuperScout a non-exclusive licence to display and reproduce that shared content for the operation and promotion of SuperScout while it remains shared and for a reasonable wind-down period afterwards. You may request removal from future marketing use.
11. Privacy and data rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used. You may use the in-app tools or contact privacy@superscout.pro to request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction or consideration of an objection.
12. Account deletion and termination
You may request account deletion through the app. A 30-day recovery period applies before final deletion in line with the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, non-payment or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the breach.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those exceptions, SuperScout is not responsible for FPL results, missed deadlines, transfer outcomes, league positions or losses caused by relying on advisory AI output. Any financial cap on liability will be interpreted subject to applicable consumer law and fairness requirements.
14. Complaints and governing law
Please contact hello@superscout.pro first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have in another part of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, suppliers or law changes. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The version and effective date at the top identify the terms that apply.
