Who runs SuperScout?

SuperScout is run by Paul Insley. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@superscout.pro.

Can I create an account?

You must be at least 13. If you are aged 13 to 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account.

During signup, you will be asked to confirm:

“I confirm I have permission from a parent or guardian to use SuperScout.”

What information do we use?

• We use your email address and account details.
• We use the age band you select so that we can apply the correct protections.
• We use your FPL Manager ID and public FPL team information to provide the service.
• We use your choices and preferences to personalise recommendations.
• We may record a small amount of information about a fantasy-football decision so we can explain whether it was a sensible decision at the time.
• We use device and app information to keep the service working and secure.
• We only use optional analytics or marketing notifications where you choose them.

Do you build a profile about me?

No persistent behavioural profile is built or used for anyone under 18.

You may receive feedback about one particular FPL decision. This feedback is educational and advisory. It is not used to build a behavioural profile about you over time.

Do computers make important decisions about me?

No. SuperScout uses artificial intelligence to give fantasy-football recommendations and explanations, but the advice is not legally binding and does not make important real-world decisions about you. You decide what to do with your FPL team.

Who sees my information?

We use trusted companies to help run SuperScout. They provide database hosting, app hosting, artificial intelligence, email, subscriptions and notifications. They may only use information for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information or give it to advertisers.

How long do you keep it?

We normally keep account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, there is a 30-day recovery period before final deletion.

Recommendation and decision history may be kept for the current season and two completed seasons unless you delete your account earlier. Some limited records of your permission confirmation or privacy requests may be kept for up to 24 months so we can show that we followed the rules.

What choices do I have?

• You can ask to see the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• You can request an export of your data.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data.
• You can turn off optional analytics and marketing notifications.
• You can ask us to explain how an AI recommendation was produced.

You do not need a parent or guardian to contact us about your privacy rights. We may need to check that the account belongs to you before giving out information.

What if I change my age band?

We protect age-band information because it controls important safety features. Some changes may require an additional check. This helps stop someone from switching to the adult setting simply to unlock adult profiling.

What should I do if something feels wrong?

Stop using the feature and contact privacy@superscout.pro. Tell a parent, guardian or another trusted adult if you are worried. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
